Buy Signal on Warehouses de Pauw (WDP-BE)

We've had an Enter Long signal on May 4 st 2021, triggered by our system on WDP -BE, Warehouses De Pauw, the Belgium REITS company.

Warehouse De Pauw is a € 5.3Bn market cap company, which develops and invests in logistics property (warehouses and offices). The group's property portfolio amounts to 5.5 million m2. This international portfolio of semi-industrial and logistics buildings is spread over 245 sites at prime logistics locations for storage and distribution in in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Romania.

WDP is playing a key role in the development of high-functional warehouses, offering tailor-made solutions for its customers. Over the past years, WDP has to proven to be a shining investment for long-term investors, outperforming both the broader Belgian market, and the European EPRA Indices. The stock currently offers a 3% dividend yield.

After two-thirds of the targeted investment volume being identified, WDP is sharpening its ambitions within the 2019-23 growth plan, both in terms of investment volume (+ €500 million towards €2 bn) and EPRA earnings per share (from min. €1.15 per share in 2023 to min. €1.25 per share in 2024).

Warehouses de Pauw expects a 7% jump in EPRA earnings per share to €1.07 for full-year 2021 and intends to propose a full-year dividend of €0.86. As for Q1-21, WDP announced a surge in attributable profit thanks to higher rental income following a solid occupancy rate.

Short term catalyst : Increasing rental income, investment volume.
